We help find and acquire your domain at its actual purchase cost. You approve the purchase price and renewal price before we buy. Premium domains can cost considerably more. The domain belongs to you, preferably in your own account with delegated access for setup.

HOW WE WORK
50% deposit to begin. The balance is due after you approve the preview and before public launch. Domain purchases and other paid third-party services are funded up front, after your approval.
We agree on pages, features, deliverables, and timing before work begins. Each package includes 2 revision rounds: one consolidated list of changes per round. Business Launch includes 2 website revision rounds and, for a new simple logo, 2 logo revision rounds. Extra pages, extra rounds, or a new design direction are quoted separately.
You provide accurate business details, your existing logo if applicable, and any supplied photos or content you have permission to use. Light copy editing is included; extensive copywriting is quoted separately. You approve the content and preview before launch.
Business Launch includes setup of 1 new mailbox if required; the email subscription is extra. Additional mailboxes, existing-mail migrations, and email setup for other packages are quoted separately. Hosting, domains, email, and paid tools have separate recurring costs. Your quote identifies the provider, costs, and who pays for and manages each service.
E-commerce, payments, booking systems, memberships, bilingual content, social graphics, print materials, and other additional services are quoted separately unless explicitly included in your project quote.
We include 30 days of fixes to the agreed work after launch. New content, features, and ongoing changes are separate and estimated before work begins. We hand over the agreed website access and files when the project is paid in full.
